Flemming has been Paul Gough's "web guy" for the last 10 years and has been building websites since 1999. He now works exclusively on direct response websites and along with his highly-skilled team he creates proven, lead-generating websites for physical therapists all over the world. He regularly attends 4% Club calls and events and is constantly developing his knowledge and expertise in marketing for physical therapists.
Mark has worked with Flemming since 2007 and he's been in the design and web-development industry for over 20 years. His areas of expertise include custom WordPress sites and graphic design. Originally from the North East of England, Mark has traveled the world with his laptop and is currently living in the Philippines!
Ricky has a background in sound engineering (everything from Queen to Robbie Williams – to the film score for Moulin Rouge). Followed by a four-year stint as an Apple Creative with all that customer service focus, then the addition of half a decade as a digital project manager working with people in both the technology and creative industries which helps to offer a full range of digital marketing services and support.

Sue looks after finances, HR and billing. You might have seen her or met her at one of the 4% Mastermind events in the USA because she is Flemming's wife and always attends the USA events with him! Sue has a background in finance and clinic management and worked in the NHS for over 20 years.
Calum has been working in SEO and digital marketing since graduating from Edinburgh Napier University in 2013. His time with Bauer Media and various other publishing houses gave him invaluable experience in creating, executing, and analysing SEO strategies to keep clients ahead of the competition. All of this knowledge is now helping PT business owners pair with their (local) perfect patients through online search.
Fran has over 20 years of ad agency and in-house copywriting experience working for brands like: DFDS Seaways, Tesco, TUI, Disney Consumer Products and British Aerospace. She understands human behaviour and how it influences action, which means that the written content she creates drives people to engage.
Tony has a wealth of experience working in leisure, sales and tech industries. Coding and developing innovative web solutions is what really bakes his cake. When he's not at his desk coding, reading about the latest tech news or playing with new tech stacks you can find him outside enjoying the great outdoors.
Max has a background in journalism and information technologies, and his experience in SEO stretches back to when Gordon Brown was still UK Prime Minister, having launched various digital campaigns for publishing houses in London. Holding an Oxford education and a keen rave music fan, Max is Inspector Morse and Dubstep all rolled into one.
